Starting at $24/hr

Flying Saddle is hiring an experienced Grill Cook for our upscale Western-chic restaurant. This role is built around the grill station — we need someone who can temp steaks accurately, consistently, and with confidence under volume. Strong sauté experience is a big plus.

✅ $24/hr starting
✅ Affordable employee housing available (shared, well-kept, easy move-in)
✅ Dinner service only — Wednesday through Sunday (mornings free, 2 days off a week)
✅ PTO from day one
✅ Cool summer temps, no state income tax
✅ Upscale menu, high-energy team

What we need:
• Proven grill experience, ideally in an upscale or high-volume kitchen
• Accurate steak temping without hesitation during a rush
• Sauté skills a strong plus
• Ability to work clean, fast, and under pressure
• Evenings, weekends, holidays as needed

If you know your grill and can call a perfect medium-rare every time, we want to hear from you.
