Friends, your favorite Village Cabbage salad is ready again!

It sold out quickly yesterday, but today it’s back in stock. Lately, it’s been one of the most popular choices with our combos — fresh, crunchy, and full of flavor.

Come get yours before it sells out again.

It’s not a cookie. It’s not an ice cream cone. So what is it?

Wafer rolls are a popular dessert in Ukraine and many Eastern European countries. They are often served with tea or coffee: a crispy wafer with a creamy filling inside makes a simple, satisfying sweet treat.

We have two flavors: caramel and cappuccino.

If you’ve already tried our wafer rolls, which flavor did you like more? We’d love to hear your feedback photos by Marina Sabazova

Few Ukrainians eat borsch on its own. It’s like a burger without the patty. For borsch, you need a pampushka. Our Borsch Combo is rich borsch, a garlic pampushka, sour cream, and our Amber Cream made from stewed zucchini. You can dip the pampushka into Amber Cream or enjoy it with borsch, while the sour cream adds a gentle touch. How do you prefer: just borsch or the full combo?

Did you know that our Medovik was widely popular across Eastern Europe, especially in the countries of the former Soviet Union?

In Ukraine, Medovik is considered a traditional cake. We make it for holidays, birthdays, or simply when guests are coming over.

It is not an easy cake to make, because it has many thin honey layers that need to be rolled out and baked one by one. In our family, mom would always say: the more thin layers, the harder the cake is to make — but the tastier and more tender it becomes.

We know that here in America, honey cakes are often enjoyed around Christmas. That’s why we are truly touched and pleasantly surprised that so many of you come to Borsch House for our Medovik in every season.

Thank you for your interest in our culture, our food, and the desserts we grew up with. Your support means so much to us.
