Once a main intersection for the hustle and bustle of the tiny town deemed Alvin, Texas - Circa 1881. It was a stopping post for migrants and traders alike, looking to inherit some of the wealth that this lush town was known for. Teaming with Horse drawn buggies that lined it's old dirt roads, it was nearly destroyed by a hung economy as a result of the 1924 December Blizzard. It is now a blooming

establishment re-birthed around culture, magnitude and flavor. We invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere while indulging in one of our acclaimed specialty drinks, a deliciously silky stout or sink your teeth into one of our world famous burgers or sandwiches. This week we’re doing a special cocktail of the week for Christmas in July!

South for the Winter!

Spiced rum, Aperol, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, cinnamon orange cordial, mint garnish

This is Matt’s winter rendition of a classic tiki cocktail, the Jungle Bird. It’s light, refreshing, and has all those flavors that remind us of cooler weather.

P.S. We’ve noticed alot of you guys seem to be afraid of Aperol so we’re going to be trying alot of new cocktails to help convince y’all that it can be delicious if properly balanced!

Cocktail of the Week!

We’re gonna release this one a day early because everyone has been asking us about it and it’s really good.

This one is called Clearly a BBL —
Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade milk punch!

No, no, no wait, hear me out.

Okay so, the process of milk clarification dates back to the 1700’s. The idea is that milk enzymes will strip away the impurities of the citric acid that is present in the cocktail. After 4 days of filtering, we’re left with a cocktail that is crystal clear and shelf stable for up to a year or more.

So what’s in it? Four roses small batch bourbon, blackberry syrup made with fresh berries, fresh lemon juice, whole milk. Someone asked me about lactose intolerance and truthfully, I wouldn’t think so because all of the milk is filtered out but something about proteins bonding, idk, I couldn’t find anywhere that gave me a straight answer so, err on the side of caution?

Cocktails are fun, this one’s delicious, and you should come try it!

*acidified watermelon juice is fresh watermelon juice that has citric and malic acid added to it. these are generally used for sour candy. it gives the watermelon juice the acidity of a lime, and makes this drink taste like a sour jolly rancher.
