Mario Alberto Curiel Sr. “Happy Burrito Man” passed away on November 26, 2021 at the age of 73. After several months of declining health, Mario died peacefully surrounded by his family. His love of life, his faith in Jesus Christ, and his family helped him fight until the very end.

Mario was born in Chihuahua Mexico on August 12, 1948 to father Antonio Curiel Medina and mother Amparo Montes de Curiel. From a young age Mario was an adventurous soul ready to explore and travel. On one of his many adventures away from home he met his wife, Maria Curiel. She joined him and together they had three children.

Mario loved spending time with his family. He was a natural entrepreneur and his fun and loving
personality made him a great businessman. His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed
by all that knew him. Mario leaves his children and grandchildren a legacy of love, compassion,
faith and respect.

He is survived by his wife Maria Curiel; children Mario Alberto Curiel Jr., Roberto Antonio Curiel, and Mayra Isela Curiel; grandchildren Dan Emmanuel Curiel, Adriel Isai Curiel, Christian Curiel, Mariella Curiel, Isabella Curiel, Max Curiel and Ian Lopez.

A funeral service for Mario is planned for Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 12pm . The service will be at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. All are invited to attend. The burial will follow thereafter.

Mario Alberto Curiel Sr. “Happy Burrito Man” falleció el 26 de noviembre de 2021 a la edad de 73 años. Después de varios meses de deterioro de la salud, Mario murió pacíficamente rodeado de su familia.
Su amor por la vida, su fe en Jesucristo y su familia lo ayudaron a luchar hasta el final.

Mario nació en Chihuahua México el 12 de agosto de 1948 de padre Antonio Curiel Medina y madre Amparo Montes de Curiel. Desde muy joven, Mario fue un alma aventurera lista para explorar y viajar. En una de sus muchas aventuras fuera de casa, conoció a su esposa, María Curiel. Ella se unió a él y juntos tuvieron tres hijos.

A Mario le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia. Era un emprendedor natural y su personalidad divertida y cariñosa lo convirtió en un gran hombre de negocios. Todos los que lo conocieron extrañarán su actitud alegre y su sonrisa brillante. Mario deja a sus hijos y nietos un legado de amor, compasión, fe y respeto.

Le sobreviven su esposa María Curiel; los hijos Mario Alberto Curiel Jr., Roberto Antonio Curiel y Mayra Isela Curiel; nietos Dan Emmanuel Curiel, Adriel Isai Curiel, Christian Curiel, Mariella Curiel, Isabella Curiel, Max Curiel e Ian Lopez.

El funeral de Mario está previsto para el jueves 2 de diciembre a las 12 pm. El servicio será en la funeraria Boxwell Brothers. Todos están invitados a asistir. El entierro seguirá a partir de entonces.
