Had a great time with the folks at GW BBQ in San Juan, TX last week. Texas Monthly #5 BBQ Joint. These folks showed us nothing but love and rolled out the VIP treatment for us. Until next time GW.

We will only be opened Friday and Saturday this week. Next week we will move to the Fairgrounds for the Coors Ranch Rodeo Thursday thru Saturday of next week.

The last 18 months have been filled with sacrifice, faith, early mornings, long nights, lessons learned, tragedy, victories celebrated, and obstacles overcome. Through every high and every low, our family, close friends, and faithful customers have stood beside us from day one — and for that, we are forever grateful.
Your support, prayers, encouragement, and loyalty have carried us farther than words can explain.

In the words of our Son JT, “God sees your hard work and He’ll honor it.”

With that being said… it’s time to elevate.
We are beyond blessed and excited to officially announce that Class-1 Barbeque now has a brick-and-mortar home.
This is more than a building. It’s proof that faith, consistency, and hard work still matter. What started as a vision is continuing to grow into something much bigger than us.
