We firmly believe that your favorite pasta says something about you.

For example:

🧀 Mac & Cheese
Let’s be honest, it’s perfectly acceptable for a childhood favorite to still be your favorite food as an adult. Comfort food is your love language, and you don’t trust people who say cheese can be “too cheesy.”

🍅 Bolognese
You appreciate the classics. You don’t need the newest trend or the fanciest option—you just want something that’s stood the test of time and is guaranteed to leave you satisfied.

🍗 Creamy Chicken Spinach Alfredo
You like balance. Sure, you’re getting Alfredo sauce that’s full of cheese and cream, but there’s spinach in there too. It’s called compromise.

🍝 Lasagna
You believe that if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing completely. Why settle for one layer of pasta and cheese when you can have several?

It’s hard to believe it’s been TWO YEARS since we finished renovating…but here we are expanding our kitchen to serve y’all a little bit better. Thank you to every single one of you out there who help support us and make this possible and necessary!

First of all, from all of us at Jeff’s:

White Rabbit!

Second, since it’s a new month…we’ve got a new Pizza of the Month!

Except this time?

It’s not a pizza at all. It’s a sandwich.

You see, throughout the month of May, we had a bit of a competition in the shop, challenging our staff to come up with something creative using our Hot Honey Sausage.

And that’s where Aubrie came in.

While everyone else was thinking pizza, Aubrie had a different idea: a sandwich that packed plenty of protein while still bringing some veggies along for the ride. Something loaded with flavor, but with a little balance too.

So what’s on Aubrie’s creation?

It starts with our Hot Honey Sausage, then gets topped with roasted red peppers, onions, spinach, garlic butter, mozzarella cheese, and our house spice blend.

And to bring it all home?

A drizzle of Hot Honey Glaze from our friends at Lola’s, giving it the perfect mix of sweetness and just the right amount of kick.

Honestly? We think she knocked this one out of the park.

So make sure you give Aubrie’s creation a try this month, whether you’re dining in, picking up, or getting it delivered right to your door.

Have you been by this week?

Well, if you have, you’ve probably noticed something that hasn’t been seen here in nearly TWO (holy crap) years!

That’s right. Drywall has made a return to Jeff’s Pizza!

Turns out, we need some more room in our kitchen to help make sure everything is being done as efficiently as possible and because…well…we need some more room! So our GM and the Jeff-man himself have been putting in some work late after close to make sure we can keep serving all of you awesome people AND get some construction done too.

(And honestly, a big shoutout to all of you awesome people out there for making this a good problem to have!)

So…take advantage of Campustown parking being a little more accessible right now, enjoy some pizza (and maybe a drink or two!), and come check out the new progress happening around the shop!

A delicious pizza, made only more delicious by what goes on after it goes through the oven with some delicious diced tomatoes, corn chips, and shredded lettuce! Add some salsa and sour cream cups on the side and you’ll forget you’re eating a pizza!

It’s over.

After months of voting, upsets, close calls and a couple extra votes along the way for some ties...

Our Third Annual Topping Tournament has officially crowned its champion.

And for the THIRD year in a row?

Pepperoni stands alone at the top of the mountain.

The reigning, defending champion had to earn this one too.

First, it survived a semifinal battle against Italian Sausage, who once again proved it is one of the most dangerous toppings in the bracket.

In the finals? It went head-to-head with another behemoth in Cheese itself.

A true heavyweight fight of two timeless toppings.

Classic. The kind of matchup that felt right for a championship.

When the final votes were tallied up?

Pepperoni retained.

But we also can’t end this tournament without talking about the run of the year:

Chicken Strips.

Our 13 seed came into the tournament with very little fanfare…then proceeded to start knocking other toppings out, including a HUGE upset over Bacon. Suddenly some of us started to wonder the same thing:

“Wait…could Chicken Strips actually DO this?”

Unfortunately, the magic finally ran out against Pepperoni in the semifinals, but that run earned them a shot at third place.

And while Italian Sausage ultimately pulled away in the Third Place Match…

Chicken Strips still leaves this tournament as this year’s Cinderella.

So the final standings are:

🥇 Pepperoni
🥈 Cheese
🥉 Italian Sausage

Now the question becomes…

Can ANYONE stop Pepperoni next year?
