Good evening to everyone. It’s with heavy hearts and heavy minds that we announce to all of you, that as of September 28th, Beard Bros BBQ will be closing the doors. We want to thank everyone that has made us who we are, the best BBQ in Portage County for the past 2 years, and invite you all to come out one last time or 2 to enjoy some great BBQ.

We couldn’t have done all of this without some very special people, DeAnn Kaszubski-Kolodziej, Ryan Kolodziej, Dolly M. Peper, Dave Peper, Jackie Sirek, Steve Sirek, Kim Meyer, Tana Schwartz, Chris Nelson, Kyle Yenter, Korrina Peper, all of our families, and anyone we may have missed unintentionally. Good Labor Day to you all. For the month of September our hours will be changing. We will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 4-9. We will however be closed this Saturday, 9-7-24. Enjoy the last days of summer and we’ll see you Friday for your favorite fish fry.

A huge thank you to all of those that came out (and by all, we mean all) to Beard Bros BBQ Presents: Ribs on the River 2024 - A Tribute to the Heroes! The day started with a HUGE donation from Koinonia Makers Market out of Waupaca and everyone else followed suit. For anyone that was in attendance, we can’t begin to thank you, for helping us support our cause. To all of our sponsors, donators, vendors, volunteers and anyone who helped us pull this off, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’ll all hear more from us over the next couple of days!
