One of the greatest blessings of running a food truck is the people we met along the way. Over the past year, we've had the joy of connecting with people from all walks of life. Some stopped by just to say hello, while others shared special memories of the Philippinesâserving there in the military, marrying Filipinos, or hoping to visit someday.
What always touches my heart is hearing how much people remember not only the food, but the kindness and hospitality they experienced in the Philippines. As a Filipino, that fills me with so much pride.
That same spirit of hospitality is what we strive to share every day through our food truck. We welcome every customer the way we would welcome family and friends to our own table.
We are incredibly grateful to be part of a community that embraces new flavors, celebrates different cultures, and supports small businesses like ours. Thank you for allowing us to share a piece of our home with you. We truly appreciate every visit, every conversation, and every smile.
*Just sharing this sweet photo of my little one with a cup of halo-halo. đ
It's funny because I've been asked if I sell Balut, Halo-halo, Spanish bread, Lechon, and just about every Filipino food you can think of! đ And when someone throws in a Filipino word or two, I'm honestly impressed! It's such a nice reminder of how far our culture reaches. â¤ď¸ ăviral㡠ăviralăˇfypăˇă
