Our Teen Molly Lott and Miss Mackynzie Mannino had the amazing privilege to attend the opening ceremonies for the Special Olympics. We are so proud of them and the other queens who came out to welcome these wonderful athletes.

🎡🎶 Did You Know? Louisiana’s fairs and festivals do more than celebrate our culture - they help drive our economy too!

From small-town fairs to world-famous festivals, these events generate BILLIONS in economic impact, support thousands of jobs, and showcase the heart and heritage of our state every single weekend. 💜💛

Take a look at these incredible numbers and see why Louisiana’s fairs and festivals truly matter! ✨

This year’s Louisiana Association of Fairs & Festivals essay topic celebrates the heart of our state’s culture:

📝 “Every Weekend Tells a Story: The Importance of Louisiana Fairs and Festivals”

Highlight the diversity of Louisiana fairs and festivals and how each one reflects a different part of the state’s identity and heritage.

From Cajun traditions and small-town fairs to seafood festivals, music celebrations, and Mardi Gras magic — every Louisiana festival tells a unique story of heritage, pride, and community. 💜💛

We can’t wait to see how students showcase the diversity and spirit that make Louisiana unlike anywhere else! 🌎🎡🎶

Our 2026 Tangipahoa Parish Fair Queens are having such a great time visiting the Louisiana State Capitol. We are so thankful for the opportunity to be presented on both the house and senate floor. They also took a visit to Governor Laundry’s desk and left a sweet note for when he returns. Our girls are such great ambassadors for our parish and fair.
