🍽️ Tonight’s special: Catfish Creole! We start with a whole Mississippi farm-raised catfish fillet, deep-fried to golden perfection, lay it atop a bed of fluffy white rice, and smother it in a rich Cajun sauce brimming with crawfish and andouille sausage. Served with a side of hush puppies, this is pure Southern comfort y’all. Supplies are limited.

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week is the Macunaíma, a daiquiri riff that includes cachaça, a sugarcane-juice spirit exclusive to Brazil, rather than molasses-based rum, as well as the usual lime juice and sugar, plus a hint of Fernet-Branca liqueur for a bit of bitterness and herbal complexity.

🍸 Lisa's drink of the week is the classic Disney inspired frozen Dole Whip cocktail. Frozen pineapple, vanilla vodka and coconut rum with a little cream blended together for a delicious grown up version of a Disney favorite.

🍽️ Tonight’s special: Chicken fried steak! No AI food here, y’all. We start with a hearty steak cutlet, tenderize it, season it up nicely, bread it in our signature chicken mix, then deep fry to a golden brown. Comes smothered with white gravy and served with mashed potatoes, corn casserole and a biscuit. As always, supplies are limited.

🍝 Tonight’s special: Pizza pasta bake!! It’s been a hot minute since we’ve made this, but it’s always a customer (and chef) favorite. Packed full of Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, penne pasta, and a rich tomato sauce, then topped with mozzarella, parmesan, and more pepperoni. It’s a bowl full of ooey-gooey goodness, y’all. Served with a bread stick and a side salad. Supplies are limited.

We’ll also have our wonderful strawberry pie while supplies last! 🍓

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week continues his exploration of the bounty of fresh summer peaches. This one was a challenge from Chad, “something with peaches and bourbon.” The Fuzzy Sun is extremely simple, just three ingredients: bourbon, house-made fresh peach syrup and a bit of lemon juice to balance the strong and the sweet. Focus group testing last week went extremely well, and the drink is now ready for the public.

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week is called The Devil Will Get You, a spicy peach margarita that comes via a Southern Living short video. The key ingredient is a puree of ripe peaches and Mike’s Hot Honey, which gets margarita’d up with blanco tequila and lime juice in a Tajin-rimmed glass. Spicy enough to break a sweat? Try one and find out!

🍸 Lisa's drink of the week is the Grass Skirt cocktail. The Grass Skirt is a vibrant, fruity tiki-style cocktail. It perfectly balances the botanicals of gin with bright tropical citrus and sweet fruit flavors. Garnished with fresh pineapple.
