Diedrich Espresso is a family-owned and operated chain of drive-thru espresso stands proudly serving our communities with quality drinks and friendly service. With multiple busy locations, we offer exciting opportunities to grow your skills and build a career in the coffee industry.

At Diedrich, we believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work. Team members are eligible for performance-based pay increases after successful benchmark reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

*Must be 18 years or older
*Minimum of 6 months of barista or coffee experience
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*Availability to work weekends and some holidays
*Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
*Passion for creating high-quality drinks
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
