Joshua’s Summer Salad
A foundation of local mixed greens and berries with Bermuda onions, pickled summer squash,  prosciutto and Gorgonzola cheese topped with a peppercorn crusted chicken breast.

Jimmy’s Chicken Bacon Ranch
Grilled marinated chicken breast topped with melty Swiss cheese on a toasted butter bun with avocado mash, crispy bacon, mixed local greens tossed with our homemade ranch, red onion, and Mama Lil’s peppers. Served with our fried Jo-Jo russet potatoes.

Pork Belly and Grits
Sriracha maple glazed pork belly with its braising vegetables over cheddar grits two eggs your way finished with chive and pickled jalapeños.

Hey fam! Dad’s is hiring for a part/full time line cook and a part time prep cook. No experience is necessary but we do require a positive attitude, passion for delicious food and a team oriented mindset. Josh’s Summer Prawn Pasta 🦐 🌱 🍝
Blackened prawns over paccheri pasta, tossed with pine nuts, capers, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and zucchini. Drizzled with first press olive oil and topped with fresh basil. 🤤

A Belgian pecan waffle with Carolina ham in red-eye gravy topped with two eggs your way and Sriracha maple syrup.

Philly Cheesesteak 🧀
Tender ribeye shaved thin and griddled with sweet onion and jalapeño peppers and mixed with American and provolone cheese filling a garlic toasted Amoroso roll . Served with our fried russet Jo-Jo’s.

Dad’s Diner at 5 tonight (Tuesday) will be serving up very tasty meals to fill your hunger. I’ll be there serving up piano to fill your ears. Feeling like long sets of Elliott Smith this evening but I never truly know until I sit down to play. 🤘

Freedom French Toast Crunch
Two pieces of French bread dipped in our special egg batter and pressed with Cinnomon Toast Crunch cereal and griddled golden brown then topped with local macerated strawberries, fresh blueberries and whipped cream.

9 Iron
Our spin on the classic Wedge salad. Crisp iceberg, red onion, cucumber, tomato, chopped bacon and fresh parsley topped with candied pecans and a side of our gorgonzola dressing.
