Farewell Anchorage. Cafe has been closed since Sept 1.

On September 1 Northern Wings Cafe is relocating to Willow, Alaska. As some of my customers have already found this news out. I am now letting the social media world know. I tried to find people that would take this business and keep it going while I opened another location in Willow. I just couldn’t find the right folks for it. I am excited for this next adventure. Northern Wings Cafe spent 4.5 years in South Anchorage and it was an amazing experience. I have met so many people from all around the world.

Home bakers I am still renting silicone molds, cake pans, chocolate molds as well as printing edible images.

Custom orders for Anchorage are still being accepted but for limited deliveries to Anchorage. Cookie and Gingerbread House kits will be available for preorders starting this weekend.

Anchorage classes will currently need to be held in the comfort of your own home with a minimum of 5 students and will be starting at $50/person. For Willow customers locations and dates of classes will be posted in the coming week.

I have roughly 600+ single cupcake containers. If you’re interested send me a message with your offer. These go roughly $50+ per 300. Need gone by the 30th.

They hold regular and over sized cupcakes.

Had a great time judging the cheesecake competition at the state fair. This year there were 21 entries. And yes. We tried each and every one of them.

The SweetGypsy "Cheesecake Contest" judges' decisions are in!!🥉 In 3rd Place: Cheesecake #6 by Sharon Jackson of Anchorage. 🥈 In 2nd Place is entry #20 by Pepper Konuna. 🥇 And in 1st Place is cheesecake #11 by Huyen Nguyen of Anchorage. Congratulations to the winners!!
