ChugachFest! at Arctic Valley Ski Area is looking for 1 or 2 more food trucks to join us for the Summer Solstice weekend this year.
15 bands, Local Beer and Food Trucks, Camping, Chairlift rides.
No Vendor Fees.
Live music:

Please read below.
I’d like to say a very heartfelt thank you to everyone that joined us this Summer.
I’m closing early this year to have surgery. I need a hip replacement and it’s time to do it now before the weather changes to cold and snow. It’ll take 4-6 or maybe 8 weeks to heal. I need this time to fully recover and get strong again. I’m ready!!
We had fun serving you and look forward to doing it again next Spring.
Again, thanks to everyone that came out and supported our experimental menu each week. I love finding your new favorites!!

And a giant thanks to for letting us park every week!
And to for the couple of servings that I could fit into the schedule.
And also to Alaska Psychiatric Institute for letting me serve lunch!
I’ll see everyone again in the Spring!

We will be at Turnagain Brewing Wednesday, July 31st and at Double Shovel Cider Co Thursday, August 1st,
from 4pm - 8pm!

It’s a perfect day for Sliders and Beers outside in the Beer Garden today at !

And if you missed the announcement on Monday, we have Celebrity Chef Big Daddy on the truck this week!
My big brother John and sister Steph are up here to cook together as a family on the 61 Sliders food truck. This is going to be fun!!

A sneak peak at this week’s menu!
Big Announcement! Read below…

My brother, Big Daddy, and my sister are joining us on the food truck this week!
John and Steph are up here to help take care of me as I recover from surgery scheduled for the first week of August. I need a full hip replacement.
So, this week is my last week serving 61 Sliders this season.
Come out and celebrate the last 2 nights of Sliders!
As shown in the menu photo, we will be at on Wednesday, and at on Thursday!
Still working on that last vegetarian slider idea for this week.

Come and get em while you can! I’ll see you Wednesday and Thursday this week!

AND… just letting everyone know, I only have a couple weeks left before I have to shut down for the season. I’m having hip surgery, and will need to recover for 4-6 weeks or more.

I woke up this morning in the mood for Black Bean Fajita Sliders!
And… I’m experimenting with Shrimp Chipotle Sliders. I think they’re going to be delicious!
Might as well keep it in the region, so we will also have a Shredded Mexi Chicken Slider!
And of course the Cheeseburgers!!
