The page and website are under construction in preparation for the launch of the food truck, but please encourage your Alaskan friends and family to follow this page. The more support we have when we get the food truck up and running, the more successful it will be!

I have Beef and chicken both are amazing.
I would like to thank to very special people who came up with these recipes. One my mother who is in heaven she made the beef. She would cook hundreds for cowboys on the ranch.
Seirra recipe for the chicken they are so delicious. I can’t thank her enough she needs a lot of credit for sharing this with me.
And all my family and friends for all the support you have given me in this dream. I promise our mother is so very happy she helped create her dream though her kids. Love you mom and miss you.

Sadly, we will not be able to make it to the market this weekend. Thank you to everyone for your support! This summer has been so much fun. If I find any winter venues I will let you all know! But I will absolutely be back at the market next summer, and I look forward to seeing you all then!
