They say you have to go to New York or Chicago to find a world-class whisky program. We prefer to let our backbar do the talking. 🥃

Fiori D’Italia is proud to represent Alaska — Why, because we’ve officially been named one of Whisky Advocate’s Top 150 Whisky Bars in America again.
Let’s be clear: in an industry flooded with “pay-to-play” awards, you cannot buy your way onto this list.
Curating a national-caliber collection up here in Anchorage takes a lot more than just a good palate and a few bottles.
It requires hustle, dedicated hard work, obsessive sourcing, relationships, and most importantly the people of Alaska to out-work the rest of the country to bring the rarest allocations to the Last Frontier. It is incredibly rare for an Alaskan spot to pull this kind of national focus, but then again, there is nothing ordinary about our bar.
We always knew we poured the best glass in the state!

Fiori D’Italia is hitting 30 years, and around here, that’s the kind of milestone that would make even a tough guy raise a glass.
For three decades, we’ve had the honor of welcoming guests to our tables, sharing memorable meals, and creating lasting connections.
Every meal, every drink, and every memory, has helped Fiori’s become a staple in Alaska and one of America’s most talked-about whisky bars. And being in Spenard? Pure magic—the kind of neighborhood that makes us feel like we’ve always belonged.

With that said we’re inviting you to join us on December 5th for a night of good food, good whisky/cocktails, and the kind of stories that sound like they came out of an old-school Italian movie. No velvet suits required

A little update.

On July 27th, we will be closing early at 9 p.m..
Then, we’ll be taking a well-deserved break for our annual vacation. All of August we will be closed!
We plan to reopen around the week of September 14th.
