Mardi Gras macarons! The yellow are filled with bananas foster buttercream, the green are crushed praline buttercream, and the purple are filled with chicory coffee ganache. $30/dozen or $2.50 apiece. You can either get them assorted or buy all the same flavor you like—available until they sell out!

Thank you guys for a really great Christmas rush! I feel like I had a chance to meet so many new customers and make your holidays extra special. I wore myself out completely and will be enjoying the rest of my time off tremendously. But, I’ve sold almost every single thing I made and even hustled to make a little extra yesterday.

I feel so blessed to have found my local community of pastry lovers ❤️❤️❤️ Happy Holidays to ALL!!!

Keep your eyes open for the Mardi Gras menu—I will be up at work for Valentine’s Day this year.

Today everyone swooped in and scooped up their goodies—I am now out of Stollen, out of assorted cookie boxes, and out of the Christmas Color Macaron assortment. Here’s what I do have left:

Plenty of dough for molasses ginger and peppermint chocolate chunk cookies. I have four more Advent/Hanukkah Color Macaron boxes. Also have one extra peppermint chocolate Yule log dessert boxed and ready to go.

Note: if you are still on my pickup list for tomorrow I am not OUT of your items—just don’t have any more for new orders. Yours are saved!

About half of these Stollen are heading out the door tomorrow—do you need a loaf? There are just a handful of macaron boxes left, but I have the capacity for INFINITE boxes of Christmas cookies on fairly short notice—plenty of boxes and tissue, and I’ve made a bunch more cookie varieties all week. Molasses Ginger and Peppermint Chocolate Chunk cookies I just need enough time to bake and cool them and they’re yours—plenty of dough ready to bake.

For the desserts, people ordered all 5 of the red velvet I was planning to make, but since no one ordered any of the carrot cake Bûche I have enough cream cheese to make a few more if you’re running out of time. The peppermint Bûche also sold well, but I’ve got enough ingredients to make a few more than what are ordered.

Message me even if you think it’s too late—I definitely have your back 😁 Let me make the cookies so you can ski with the kids/grandkids ⛷🎿

Big chewy cookies! These are the size of your palm, big 2 ounce cookies either Molasses Ginger or Peppermint with 72% Dark Chocolate Chunks. Great for eating around the fire while it snows ❄️

Red velvet cheesecake tortes are coming this week. This is a picture from 2013 in a camp in North Dakota—the presentation this Christmas will actually be three layers of cake with two layers of cheesecake, a tall 9” round cake, with sleek elegant icing (not so homestyle), and garnished with meringues, milk chocolate cardamom red macarons and Bailey’s gold macarons. Suitable for a glamorous centerpiece for a large group.
