Mr. Charlie Hawkes has been a part of the Hotel Captain Cook family since the very beginning. This week, we had the honor of celebrating his 99th birthday alongside his loved ones—Ulyon, Sun, and Jin—who shared these special moments with us.

From decades of loyal stays to becoming a true guest of honor, Mr. Hawkes represents the spirit and legacy of the Captain Cook community.

Thank you to his daughter, Meredith, for making this beautiful celebration possible. We look forward to celebrating 100 with you next year! 🎉

We distribute our gourmet products to many fine local establishments, including The Hotel Captain Cook. This iconic Anchorage hotel is home to The Pantry, a welcoming restaurant located near the main lobby. The Pantry serves delicious, classic breakfast options, including our Alaskan Sausage with Reindeer and cold smoked lachs (lox) made with wild Alaskan sockeye salmon.
