Snow City Cafe is hiring a Front of House Manager to help lead our team!

We're looking for a detail oriented person who keeps service running smoothly in our busy restaurant while supporting both staff and guests.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and developing and leading a strong FOH team.

We’re an award-winning, locally owned restaurant known for contemporary comfort food, a fun, eclectic vibe, and a team that takes pride in great hospitality.

Our summer hours are 6 am to 3 pm daily, so folks who love hospitality and early mornings, this one's for you! 🌞

Qualifications:
• 2+ years FOH restaurant experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and organized
• Passion for guest experience
• Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
• Must possess basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register and POS system
• Must have basic knowledge of Google Drive and the internet
• ServSafe or MOA Food Worker Card + TAP Card required
• Must be 21+
