Yay for the weather finally making some changes! We are glad the sun is coming out more and more - it makes serving YOU delicious salmon that much more fun 😎😍 🌞🐟🐟

We are slowly inching our way into the season and look forward to seeing more and more of our guests. Thank you to everyone who has shown us so much love thus far!

Come catch us this Thursday (6/4) at Lunch on the Lawn, Anchorage Museum from 11-1:30p and then at from 4-8! 🚙🍻🐟

These two have been my Ride Or Die on board the truck over the last several years. We have been through so much and it has been an honor to see them grow up to be such wonderful, beautiful women. They are smart, quick learners, kind, creative, trustworthy, and can keep up with all things “food truck life.” They are now graduates and heading off to college at the end of the summer 😥😥😥!!! As much as I will miss them, I am so proud. 🩷

Lordy Lordy look who’s 40?! Happy Birthday Alex! You may not see this guy a whole lot, but my partner in truckin’ is VITAL to making our operation run. Not only does he catch our beautiful yummy salmon, he also makes sure Big Blue runs safely and smoothly. Alex is intelligent, patient, a dang good teacher, creative, and extremely handy. I wouldn’t want to run our truck with anyone else. Cheers to you, Alex! 🎂🐟😎🎈
