Our Duroc Pork Chop is a Crow’s Nest classic and is one of the few dishes that we carry year round because of the demand. It’s a perfect balance of savory and sweet with roasted butternut, burnt apple, hazelnuts, cipollini onion, brussels leaves, and finished with a maple and bourbon lacquer.
