✨ RHUBARB SEASON ✨ means Rhubarb Crumble is back!!

Every summer we trade ice cream coupons for local rhubarb from around the neighborhood! (Over 4000 lbs in 2025!) Then, we take hundreds of pounds of it and make it into jam. This crowd-pleasing favorite is like a rhubarb crumble dessert smashed into ice cream made with a cinnamon-nutmeg base + AK rhubarb jam + oaty streusel!
