To our dear friends and supporters,
We still remember our first day, trying to figure out how to tow the trailer to Spenard Food Truck Carnival. We were nervous, didn’t know what to expect… but you showed up. You welcomed us, cheered us on, and made us feel like family.
Since then, it’s been more than food. It’s been laughs at the window, chats in the cold, familiar faces that turned into friends. You all turned this little dream into something way bigger than we ever imagined.
Now we have to move back to Thailand 🇹🇭, and honestly… this is one of the hardest goodbyes we’ve ever had to say. This wasn’t just a business—it was our life, and you were such a big part of it.
But this isn’t the end of the flavors you’ve come to love. I’ve sold the business to a close friend and personally taught her how to make our fried chicken, Zaap sauce, and all the recipes that kept G*i & Thai’s taste alive. So if you see “Zaap Zeeds Food Truck” around town, please give her the same love and support you gave us.
