SA SE BON Doucet Being a long time resident of Alaska we've learned that there is, and has been, a demand for authent The name, "SA SE BON" which means "This is good".

My name is Ivan Doucet, I am a long time Alaskan with the roots from Louisiana. My mom and dad were Cajun Creole and I come from a long line of good cooks. I learned to cook at a young age, cooking many kinds of meals using authentic recipes and flavor. Now that my parents are gone I hold the families secrets and would like to share this wonderful taste with you, my fellow Alaskans. I am opening a

food truck with homemade Cajun and Creole food. My goal is to make and serve the best Cajun and Creole food in Anchorage. Whether you've grown up on Creole and Cajun cooking or not, I challenge you to try my cooking! :) I hope, and believe it will be the best, and if isn't, I'm gonna keep on cooking until it is. I look forward to serving you!
