I was diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis due to a virus and am being treated. It is one of the worst illnesses that I've experienced and is very painful. I'm not sure how long it's going to take me to fight this thing off but I'm doing the best I can and following my doctor's recommendations. I just want to say thank you to everyone who is keeping me in their thoughts and prayers it means more to me than you could possibly know

How to prepare your boudin. Let thaw, Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place boudin in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes and then flip sides, let it continue to heat for another 12 to 15 minutes. Allow temperature of boudin to reach 165 degree internal temperature, baste with garlic butter for a crisp snap to the casing ...delicious!
