To our valued customers,
With the recent news surrounding an oyster recall, we want to reassure everyone that the oysters served at Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen are NOT affected by this recall.
As soon as we became aware of the recall, we took the necessary steps to verify our oyster supply. Our management team carefully reviewed our shellstock tags, including harvest dates, harvesting locations, and supplier information. We also contacted our suppliers directly, who confirmed that our oysters are not part of the affected products.
The health and safety of our customers will always be our top priority. We take food safety seriously and remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, and proper handling.
We are happy to reassure our customers that our oysters remain available, both fresh on the half shell and grilled with our signature sauces! 🦪
