We spotted strawberries at the farmers market, and you know what that means... Sweet Cream Biscuits are back! Zingerman's Bakehouse has these in rotation special for the summer every year. They’re made with Guernsey heavy cream and are perfectly tender, but sturdy enough to hold heaps of fresh fruit and whipped cream for the best shortcake you'll ever have. Available by the piece in the Next Door Cafe, and in packs of six in Specialty Foods!

Small Bite Sessions is a 30-minute, affordably priced tasting class designed to introduce you to some of our favorite foods, while guiding you through a delicious compare-and-contrast of different versions of the same food. Zingerman’s Deli is taking this opportunity during Pride Month to stand in support of the LGBTQ+ community in Michigan and across the country. Not only does this community have a brilliant and brave history, but they need support. 20% of proceeds from the Bakehouse's Pride Cupcakes will go to the Jim Toy Community Center here in Ann Arbor. JTCC is a resource for information, education, social events, and advocacy by and for the LGBTQ community and its allies throughout Washtenaw County. CAKE OF THE MONTH! Hummingbird Cake from Zingerman's Bakehouse. When Zingerman's Roadhouse opened in 2003 Zingerman's Bakehouse was inspired to introduce many old time American favorites. Hummingbird cake is one of them. A traditional southern cake with toasted coconut, fresh bananas, toasted pecans, and pineapple covered in cream cheese frosting.
