Once a year we set aside the BBQ and bring out fresh cured corned beef. Top of the menu is our Grilled Reuben..chopped corned beef grilled with cheese, saurkraut and dressing on toasted rye. Try the Bangers & Mash... Corned Beef and Colcannon or just a Corned Beef sandwich on rye.
