To our amazing friends, neighbors, and loyal guests,

With a heart full of both gratitude and emotion, I am sharing the news that Cafe Haj Paj will be permanently closing its doors.

Opening this cafe and catering business was a true dream of mine. Bringing people together over good food, celebrating your milestones, and seeing your faces every day has been an absolute honor. However, life brings unexpected seasons, and I have made the deeply personal decision that my health and my family must come first right now.

Reflecting on this incredible 10-year small business journey, I am overwhelmingly appreciative of my family's undying love and support. I truly could not have done any of this without them by my side through it all.

I also want to extend the deepest, most sincere thank you to the incredible community that welcomed us with open arms. Thank you for choosing us for your morning coffees, your weekend brunches, and your life’s biggest celebrations. Your support has meant the world to me.

To my phenomenal team: words cannot fully express my appreciation for you. Thank you for your tireless hard work, your absolute dedication, and for pouring your hearts into this business alongside me every single day. I could not have asked for a better crew to share this journey with.

While this chapter is coming to an end, the memories we made together here will stay with me forever. Thank you all for being a part of my dream.

Hey everyone, Terri here.

I’m taking over the page today because I wanted to share a quick update and, more importantly, express my deepest gratitude. As many of you know, I had a bit of a health scare recently. It’s in moments like these that you really realize what matters most, and I have never felt more blessed.

First, I have to say a massive thank you to my incredible team. You all stepped up without missing a beat, keeping everything running smoothly so I could focus entirely on resting and healing. You aren't just employees; you are family, and I am so proud of you.

To my actual family, thank you for your unwavering love and support through every step of this. I couldn’t have done it without you.

And to our wonderful customers and friends, wow. I am completely overwhelmed by the outpouring of love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kind words, the beautiful flowers, and the delicious meals you made for me and my family. Every single gesture meant the world to us and truly helped carry us through.

I am feeling much better and am so incredibly thankful to be surrounded by such a supportive community. Thank you all for reminding me why we love what we do.

Serving up some leafy greens for the local legends! 🥬🍎 We had the absolute pleasure of setting up a fresh, vibrant salad bar for a well-deserved teacher’s appreciation luncheon.

Teachers give so much energy to our community every day. Fueling them up with a crisp, colorful, and customized lunch was the least we could do. Thank you to all the educators who do so much, and we hope you loved creating your perfect bowls! 👩‍🏫✨

From the classroom to the clinic, and a beautiful celebration in between! 🎓✨ We had the absolute honor of catering a graduation party for a newly minted doctor. There is nothing better than celebrating hard work with great food and even better company.

Come out for the incredible live music lineup, stay for the awesome community vibes with the Hershey smokestacks in the background, and make sure to stop by our truck to grab some delicious food while you enjoy the festival!
