TUNNBRÖDSRULLE aka SWEDISH HOT DOGS!

This popular Swedish street food starts with our from-scratch tunnbröd (a Swedish flatbread), and filled with a layer of mashed potatoes, a hot dog, crispy onions, ketchup, Dijon, and a creamy relish! This may sound strange, but they are oh so delicious!! (Tunnbrödsrulle are also sometimes available with shrimp salad, but we decided to skip that this time!)

We are serving these up from 11am to 2pm, so make sure to get your orders in early! Give us a call at 763-427-0506 to place your order!

The classic Prinsesstårta is one of our favorite cakes to make!

It starts with our fluffy vanilla sponge cake. Then we fill it with layers of homemade vanilla custard and raspberry jam. We then frost it with vanilla whipped cream, cover it with marzipan and decorate it with powdered sugar and a marzipan rose.
