Hello Everyone,
As many of you might have seen, Quyen and I are no longer running the restaurant. Between lifting the equipment, the food, and the children (As some of you already know we have 1 special needs kid). We just are no longer able to keep up between such a demanding business, our children, and my wife's health concerns. Since she is the main cook, this makes it even harder to maintain the quality of the food and her own health. And we didn't post it earlier as we're very sad to see this happening way earlier than we would ever have expected. But we feel like we owe our customers an explanation.
We sincerely wanted to thank you all for your support and we're glad we had the chance to serve our food to people who enjoyed it. It was a short but great journey for our small family.
As a note to this, there is a new family run business moving in who will need just as much support from you all for them to suceed. Papa Bear's BBQ is making the big leap from food truck to brick and mortar (just like we did) and we're excited to see them get the attention they deserve. Mike, Angela, and Don are eager to get going to serve AJ all it can handle for BBQ. See their page to see what they've started there and updates for when they'll open.
