This 🍓Strawberry cheesecake, was a special request. We have a Strawberry swirl cheesecake on the menu, but Rachel asked if I could do a strawberry topped cheesecake. I’m so happy I didn’t say no. This turned out so beautiful and according to Rachel’s boyfriend (it was ordered for his birthday) it was the best cheesecake he’s ever had.
Working on adding this, and other flavors to the menu. 🍓🍰😍😋

My biggest goal in 2025 was to grow the retail side of the business.
Looking at these photos (and numbers 😊) I realize that I’ve managed to achieve what I set out to achieve.
