💛 Our hearts are heavy, and we wanted you to hear this from us.
If you've spent a Friday night on the deck, you know Nondi. She walks in by herself and somehow, like magic, turns strangers into friends. Her laugh is contagious, her warmth is real, and she is so deeply loved by everyone here — staff and guests alike.
On June 17, Nondi suffered a heart attack, underwent bypass surgery, and experienced a stroke. She's still in the hospital, facing a long road of recovery, therapy, and rebuilding her independence.
Her dear friend Luis Prosper has set up a GoFundMe to help cover her medical bills, therapy, and the motorized scooter she'll need to get back to living life on her own terms. They're 41% of the way to $2,000 — and every single dollar makes a difference.
