☀️SUMMER HOURS UPDATE #1☀️

With the farmers market season starting up, we'll be taking ourselves to the streets, bringing our delicious delights to larger crowds.
The first of these starts today, with the market on Broadway in Green Bay! You'll be able to find us there every Wednesday from 3-8pm, rain or shine!

While we attend these markets, we'll have to adjust our operating hours at the café to accommodate the work it takes to keep these events running smoothly.

Due to the timing of this particular event, the café itself will be closed all day each Wednesday through September 30th.

All other days will maintain normal hours of operation....for now. Stay tuned for our next update regarding the Appleton market!

We’re officially kicking off the farmers market season tomorrow at Light The Night Market from 5PM-10PM! We can’t wait to see everyone again! 🌙

Come visit your favorite Egyptian food truck and grab all of your favorites including hibiscus 🌺, goulash 🍲, falafel 🧆, basbusa 🍰, baklava 🍯, koftah, and more! 🇪🇬🔥

If there was ever a time smell-o-vision should be a thing, this is it! The grill has been going since this morning, and it smells great! Our koftah and lamb kebab are grilled over charcoal to add more delicious flavor to already delicious items. Come give them a whiff, and a taste!!

Featuring: macaroni bechamel! Carefully placed layers of pasta, a deliciously spiced beefy layer, a sprinkle of cheese, and bechamel sauce. This one does take some extra time, as we bake each serving to order, but it's oh so worth the wait.

We also make have a (lacto-ovo) vegetarian version available, just swap the meat for a variety of mixed vegetables, as well as a potato version, which is the classic meaty filling but with mashed potatoes instead of pasta.

(And just in case you don't know what bechamel is: it's a creamy, milk based sauce. Some call it "white gravy" if they're not feeling very French. It's also extremely similar to "country gravy", just hold the sausage to keep things Halal.)

Fresh out of the oven!! Egyptian Gollash. Tantalizing layers of phyllo pastry, caramelized onions and bell peppers, ground beef, cheese, and seasoned to perfection! And guess what? We also have a vegan version available! Same selicious spices, just loaded with a variety of vegetables and vegan cheese instead.
