Hi Friends. Hope you are all doing well.

When I started this business, I had many ideas and dreams how I thought things would be. One of the benefits of working for yourself is you get to make all the decisions and with that comes great responsibility and risk.

It’s been my pleasure and honor to serve you over the past 6 months, but unfortunately, I have to close Sweet HQ at the end of October.
I have been blessed with your support and was slowly gaining momentum, but sadly the kitchen I operate from is no longer available and I have to move out soon.

I have been actively looking for a new space but haven’t found one that works for me - in fact, if any of you have any leads, feel free to message me privately.
I invite you to continue to follow my social media accounts for future updates.

The good news is that I will be taking orders through October 20th for pick up on October 23rd.

Over the past two years, we've intentionally kept our product list short and sweet. This has helped us maintain quality, consistency, and develop systems as we grow.

Sourdough breads and laminated pastries- that's are our thing. Macarons, cakes, and confections? We'll leave that to the ridiculously talented Franci. Originally from Brazil, Franci is the pastry chef and owner of Sweet HQ. A graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, she has been baking and cooking professionally for nearly a decade. Franci took the "opportunity of a global pandemic" to pursue her true passion of pastry, bringing scratch made cakes and confections to the Fox Valley at her very own business.

You can get as many as you want but there’s a price break on orders above 6 units.
