As I mentioned in a previous post, I would list the mini cheesecake flavors that I will be selling at the Howard Farmers market which is happening on Monday. The market is at from 5-8pm. Each week I will be showcasing different varieties.

This week I will have:
Cherry Cheesecake
Peanut Butter Chocolate
Orange Creamsicle
Birthday Cake
Salted Nut Caramel

These are all cupcake sized and sell for $5 each. If you would like to place an order for yourself or a company event, I will be taking orders as well. I do offer 4 and 6 inch cakes too! Due to my product being non shelf stable, it is not allowed to have samples. I follow guidelines so no one has a bad experience for a reason. 😁

Please allow a 72 hour turnaround time from order to delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

I did a trade today with Just Fluxing Around . I want to say first off this woman is so sweet! She is also very talented! My trade was for one of her hummingbirds that she creates. In fact I met her son who showed me his creations. I wish I would have taken a photo of his leaf. Talent truly runs in this family! Thanks to Nicole and her business I have a wonderful reminder of my parents who have passed.

Do any bakeries have a recommendation for cake boxes that are sturdy and offered in smaller sizes like 6-7 inches. I’m finding plenty in 8”or larger and it’s not working for me. I spend hours creating beautiful cheesecakes and find the current boxes are horrible for transport. Thank you for your suggestions in advance!!

Oh the things that can go sideways when preparing a customer order. I was working on two orders for a tomorrow delivery after hours and as I was wrapping up cleaning and loading my vehicle while allowing my cheesecakes to bake, I went out to my car to start packing up things. When I tried to get back into my commercial kitchen my fob refused to work. I have to say I was freaking out because the kitchen is underneath residential living space. Thankfully I found a very kind woman willing to help me out and was able to get back into the kitchen as she lived there. I also called the owner of the kitchen in the meantime and he was able to replace my dysfunctional FOB just in time to save my cheesecakes and finish up cleaning. I want to thank this woman for her kindness and ultimately allowing me back into the building. And also thank the owner of the kitchen for being extremely responsive. I’m back on track thanks to the kindness of these individuals.

So, I’m thinking of adding products to my repertoire. There are cheesecake filled cookie recipes that I have found. An absolutely delicious way to have the both of best worlds. Let me know what you think!
