People ask all the time about the bark I get on my smokes and what rub am I using. The secret? It's MY rub. 😁

What do use it on? Yep! Pork, chicken, beef, fish, eggs, bacon...okay, maybe not steak but I'm a bit of a purist, but I also haven't tried it yet. 🤔

Smoking? Stovetop? Oven? All of these!

Nineteen (19!!) components, each contributing it's part to the whole, whether that's color, flavor, bark texture or all of the above. Coming very soon!
