I create delish protein/collagen cookies to fuel your body! Because food = love! 💥GB Hotline 920-760-0373 🔶After 25+ years of living a healthy lifestyle and embracing fitness, I’m excited to bring Appleton Wi my exclusive collagen/protein cookies & desserts! I have worked with personal trainers and consulted health professionals, including doctors and dietitians, to stay informed on the latest health insights. My goal is to share the knowledge I’ve gained on maintaining health and promoting longevity.

🔸I’ve absolutely love my career as a professional wedding & portrait photographer, and now I’m beyond excited to announce the launch of my second business, For years, people have been calling me the "Goodie Bandit," and after more than 20 years, it’s finally come to life. As of February 7, 2025, I’m officially a registered LLC. I can’t wait to bring the hardworking people of Appleton WI, a healthier experience on their favorite cookies and treats!

🔸When I'm not working, you’ll find me traveling, biking, horseback riding and skiing. Cooking and baking are passions I’ve inherited from my parents, and it’s always been a cathartic for me. Now, I’m thrilled to share my love for food with the amazing people of Appleton/ Fox Cities through the Goodie Bandit—a brand dedicated to premium, wholesome collagen/protein cookies & desserts, and more! Because for me, food = love!

🔸Feel free to reach out —I truly believe there’s nothing more important than the food we put in our bodies. Plus, I love connecting with my clients on a personal level. I can’t wait to share my handcrafted cookies and desserts with you and give you the full Goodie Bandit experience!
