THANK YOU!!! ❤️ as we near November, I am feeling so grateful and reminiscing on ALL the locations traveled to, connections made and thousands of sandwiches served this year in the Genuine Deli Truck. I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone who stopped out and supported this new venture. I am beyond excited to prepare and plan for year #2 in 2027, and provide more options, new ingredients and to faces new and old. Thank you all so much!!❤️🥳🙌🏼

WAUPACA!! We are HH HINDER Brewing Company today until 8pm- come have some fun on your Friday Night!!

TODAY’S THE DAY - Friday, Sept. 25th!

We’ve got a fantastic Friday lined up at H.H. HINDER Brewing Co., with great food, great b**r, and an extraordinary live performance.

Genuine Deli Company will be here from 4:00–8:00 PM, serving up their seriously delicious grilled Italian sandwiches made with exceptional, locally sourced ingredients from Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest.

Then at 6:30 PM, get ready for something truly special:

Bach in the Brewery
Presented in partnership with the Waupaca Community Arts Board, this special performance features world-renowned bayan accordion virtuoso Stanislav “Stas” Venglevski.

As part of the 2026 Bach Festival, Stas brings his extraordinary musicianship to H.H. HINDER for an afternoon and evening of music, food, and b**r you won’t want to miss.

And of course, we’re still pouring our PROSTerior Märzen! This traditional Oktoberfest-style b**r won’t last forever, so grab a pint while you can. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Genuine Deli Company: 4:00–8:00 PM
Bach in the Brewery: 6:30 PM

Come hungry. Come thirsty. Come hear something amazing!
