It’s a large baked potato stuffed with butter, queso, meat of choice, shredded cheese, BBQ sauce, sour cream, green onion, and bacon. I choose to cover mine in white sauce. Meat options: pulled pork, smoked chicken, ham, or conecuh sausage.
