We've been slow and short staffed so we're going to close up early. Medicine Creek days in Cambridge is going on so we are going to go home.
Tomorrow is all you can eat fried chicken buffet with pork chops, The fixings, and salad bar.

The regular menu will also be available.

Open room 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Well ... we have sold completely out of Chinese chicken for the buffet today! We also have had a slow night due to Medicine Creek Days so we are going to go ahead and close up for the night and get our employees out of here. Thanks to everyone that dined with us today. We appreciate you!

Today's special is a ribeye sandwich.

This is Black Angus choice fresh cut ribeye dry rub seasoned with homemade seasoning.

It is then Char-Grilled over open flame and put on a buttered and grilled French loaf. Comes with a serving of fries. You can upgrade your fries for an additional charge.

It comes with an option of different cheeses and toppings.

Included toppings are:

Horseradish aioli
Caramelized onion
Grilled mushrooms
Hot Au jus
