Will from Plum Creek Blade Service LLC just left after servicing a few of our knives here. Our knives take a pretty good beating between prep, trim, and service and Yes, I do know how to sharpen and maintain the edges of my knives. But, I also value my time and I am not too prideful to not trust a person that has made this their profession to work on my knives.
Since finding Will and seeing the quality of work that he provides it was an easy decision to get him in on a schedule to keep our knives ready for anything we throw at them.
He is upfront, he is diligent, he is professional, and he is affordable. What started as a one time thing has now developed into a 3 month scheduled plan custom built for our needs here. Thanks again for the quality work.

Nothing better than a packed house full of hungry ballplayers crushing brisket, ribs, and pulled pork before getting back after it on the diamond. We appreciate you choosing us for your late lunch stop and wish you the rest of a great tournament weekend.
