After spending 6 months of the year for the past several seasons dedicated to raising pastured chicken, we have decided to take a break in 2026 to focus on our family, getting summer projects done at home, and maybe even going on a real vacation for the first time in 8 years!! 🙌

We truly love being able to provide this resource to our community, but this year felt like a much needed and well deserved break for us. ❤️ I will keep this page updated if we end up having extras available for sale throughout the summer, but as it stands now, we will not have our normal stock available for purchase in 2026.

Thank you for understanding, and thank you so much for your support and patronage over the years! We will likely get back to it in 2027, so don't forget about us! 🐔🍗

We finished our final Organic batch last night, which means we are officially DONE for the 2025 season and our freezers are FULL. What we have now is what we will have for the rest of the year, and I would love to help you fill YOUR freezer with the best local, pasture raised chicken you can find. Seriously, it's wildly different from store chicken- you just have to try it to understand 🤣

Fully stocked with both Organic and Non-GMO.

We just finished up our last Non-GMO batch of the season!! That means... What we have in stock now is what we have for the rest of the year. If you're wanting to place a larger order, now is the time to do it!

We are fully stocked with everything and we have an ABUNDANCE of wings, quarters and drumsticks. If you love bone-in dark meat chicken, this is the best you'll ever taste 😍 and if you want to buy a large amount of wings, drums, or quarters, I'll give you a discount! 🤸🏼‍♀️

We have one Organic batch that will be processed in about a month, and that will be our final butcher of the season. I'd love for my regular Organic customers to give me an idea of what cuts you'll be wanting so I can make sure we accommodate you as best as possible!

If you love WINGS, QUARTERS, DRUMSTICKS, or WHOLE BIRDS...we have a lot in stock right now and would love to finish emptying this freezer before our next butcher in a few weeks!

Wings come with 20 wings (10 flats, 10 drums) and are around $15 a bag.

Quarters are when the thigh and drumstick are still attached, you get 2/pack and they are around $10/bag. Great for grilling!!

Drumsticks come 6/pack and are highly discounted at around $8/pack. Also great for grilling and AMAZING in the crockpot!

Whole Birds are anywhere from 3lb. to 4.5 lb., but this season are leaning more towards the 4lbers, which puts them at around $25/bird. Roast it in the oven, stick it in the smoker, or spatchcock it on the grill. There are so many options with whole birds!

Hello friends! It's been a long few months, but I am so happy to announce that Zack is hard at work butchering this weekend and we will be fully stocked with Non-GMO Pasture Raised Chicken on Monday, June 9th!

We will still have our entire selection of whole birds and all cuts available, first come first serve. We did make the decision to downsize slightly this year, so our overall stock will be more limited than years in the past. This won't be an issue immediately, but please keep it in mind if you plan to order... Sooner might be better than later depending on how excited people are for chicken this year 🤣

That being said, if you'd like to pre-order to be first in line, or have plans to make a large bulk order, please contact me asap so we can start sorting things out for you!

We will have another batch of Non-GMO ready in July and our Organic batch will be available sometime in August. (Please reach out to pre-order the Organic if you plan to place a large order as stock will be very limited ❤️)

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support over the past few years and into this upcoming season. Farming is such a labor of love and we really put our all into this. As you may know, we do literally every aspect of it ourselves... From raising the birds, to butchering, and packaging... Nothing ever leaves our property or our hands. And while it does not come without hardship, exhaustion, or free time lost, we do it with a passion to supply ourselves and our community with clean, locally raised meat that you can trust.

With the understanding of all that goes into what we do, we hope you can see why we've made the decision to make some slight price adjustments after several years of keeping them consistent. In all of our years of farming, we have never turned a profit or broke even. These adjustments are only enough for us to not take a complete loss this year, hopefully allowing us to continue doing this for years to come. It gets harder and harder for us to justify the time and money spent each year that passes, but it really is so important to us to continue supplying our customers with the best local chicken they can find. We appreciate you understanding!

We have chicken available for your Labor Day festivities! Grab a whole bird to spatchcock or maybe some thighs (our favorite) to grill up this weekend! 🇺🇲

If you've never ordered from us before, I can assure you that you've never tasted chicken quite this good. The difference in quality of pasture raised chicken is SO noticeable, in the taste, texture, and tenderness.

This weekend we will be doing our third butcher of the season, with only one left to go after this! Which means we will be fully stocked again with ALL Non-GMO cuts by Monday.

If you are interested in whole birds, please let us know how many you'd like, as we don't typically keep them in stock.
