Mario, Manager at Northside Social.

When asked what makes Northside special, his answer is simple: the people, and the everyday moments that come with the job.

For him, leadership means working side by side with his team, staying positive through challenges, and never giving up when things get hard.

At the end of the day, it always comes back to teamwork.

Outside of work, Mario enjoys riding motorcycles, playing soccer, and going to the gym, simple things that keep him balanced.
