Saltos is the new restaurant at the Sabroso location. We dined there 6/29 and enjoyed it. They are on the web at saltosnm.com and on instagram as Saltos. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Thanks for the many years of wonderful times.

Sabroso is closed.

We thank our wonderful staff and customers for nearly 18 years of business. It was a pleasure to work with you.

The property is being purchased by the owner of ACEQ. It will undergo updating and changes and they expect to open the new restaurant early this summer. They will update this page as their plans progress.

Meet our sweet Meili! She has been with Sabroso Restaurant and Bar for over 3 years as a busser/hostess. Meili has been a member of the Taos Culinary Team for 3 years. She will be graduating from Taos High School a year early to pursue her culinary career. She will be attending the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park,NY. Congratulations! We are so proud of you.
