Mile High Station walks in wearing boots and slinging a cocktail.

Steel beams. Brick walls. The heart of Denver outside. And every event there still feels completely different from the last.

Celebrating achievement through experience.

For Westerra’s company awards program, we designed a large-scale corporate event centered around connection, recognition, and their newly defined core values. Each station was intentionally built to represent a specific value, bringing the message to life in a tangible and interactive way for employees.

From sliders served down slides to glass noodles symbolizing transparency, custom engraved macarons, and engraved cocktail toppers paired with individual charcuterie, every detail reinforced the story and invited engagement with our team throughout the event.

A whole lot of learning, celebrating, and maybe a little bouncing. 🎉

Our annual team training is one of our favorite traditions. It’s a chance to learn, recognize, and have some fun while doing it. This year included a fashion show to debut our new shirts, potting plants, decorating cookies, and a jumping castle to remind us how old we are 😩 (Anyone else sore?!)

A big shout out to our dear friends at for providing the food, service, and entertainment so our team could relax. 😉
