Heritage Fire Tour was a blast, as always. 🔥 Michael Lewis and the team served up smoked brisket with yuzu pickles on green leaf lettuce, fed a whole lot of amazing people, and had a great time hanging at Pisgah Brewing Company

It’s our house-made apple chow chow!

A Southern classic, chow chow is a tangy, sweet, and lightly spicy pickled relish traditionally made with vegetables. We put our own spin on it by adding crisp apples for a bright, refreshing bite that cuts through the richness of the pork belly.
