This month we have the ShawarmaZa!

Garlic Olive Oil Base. Sesame Crust. Cheese Blend. Your choice of Shaved Beef/Lamb, Shaved Chicken, or Falafel. Green Pepper. Red Onion. Feta Cheese. After the oven it gets a refreshing Cucumber, Tomato and Pickled Veggie Salad and a Tzatziki drizzle.

¡Feliz cinco de mayo!

Este mes tenemos una pizza inspirada por los tacos de barbacoa. Comenzamos con frijoles negros cocinados lentamente en una base de Sofrito. Agregamos un poco de jugosa carne barbacoa cocinada lentamente. De ahí, cubrimos con nuestra gran mezcla de queso. ¡Después lo terminamos, cubriendo todo con cilantro fresco, cebolla picada con algunas especias y una crema de salsa verde.

STRAWBERRY MORNAY SAUCE WITH SWISS AND GUYERE. PROCUITTO. STRAWBERRY CHUNKS TOSSED IN HONEY, FRESH BASIL AND CAYENNE. GOAT CHEESE. CANDIED BACON. AFTER THE OVEN, WALNUTS, FRESH BASIL AND A RHUBARB CITRUS REDUCTION. JUST LIKE GRANDMA USED TO MAKE IT.
