⭐️Biltmore- Serving up a fried pork chop with fresh apples, on a bed of house-made mashed potatoes. Topped with apple mustard sauce and scallions. Comes with our signature Cathead Biscuit on the side. 🍏

Take on their version of Hawaiian Biscuit 🌺🐬🍍
Our signature Cathead-biscuit with brie cheese, ham, pineapple, and scrambled egg. Comes with a side of grits topped with bacon bits and chow-chow.

⭐️West- Haywood Rd.
A loaded hash brown bowl: Big bowl of homemade hashbrowns smothered with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, sriracha maple sausage crumbles and jalapeños. 🥔🫑

Put South in Your Mouth. Literally ! With Our Biscuits and Sausage Gravy🙌🏼

We start with a giant, fluffy cat-head biscuit, smother it in our house-made gravy with just a pinch of smoked paprika, then topped with our homemade maple sriracha sausage for a little sweet, a little heat, and a whole lot of “Mmm.”

It’s cozy, it’s messy, it’s Southern comfort with an Asheville twist—and trust us, you’ll want every last bite.
