Taste of Portugal - At Fill My Cup Cafe, we invite our guests to try a new taste -- Portuguese cuisine from a family-inspired menu in a space that feels like a peaceful and relaxed destination. We love calling the mountains home, and opening a comfortable spot where you can relax and enjoy good company has always been our dream. Using fresh ingredients and recipes passed down for generations, we c

reate traditional Portuguese treats like our Classic Chourico Sandwich, Third Day (Cacoila) which is a Portuguese style pulled pork, our Portuguese-Style Shrimp, Favas, Bolocha Maria, and Arroze Doce. Pair that with an espresso drink from our barista bar, wine from Portugal, or a local craft beer, and you’ve got a meal to remember!
